NCASA hosts the Conference on Educational Leadership (CEL) annually to bring together school leaders from across the state to receive relevant information on the latest trends and timely education hot topics. Attendees benefit from networking opportunities, peer-led breakout sessions on best practices, motivational and nationally known keynote presentations, insightful panel discussions, legislative and policy updates, and much more. The theme for 2022 is "The Leadership Journey: Packing the Essentials," and we are proud to bring you this informative event packed with valuable content from state and district educational leaders. NCASA also brings you important updates from our excellent advocacy team who will provide the latest in legislative policies that affect education in our state.
*** NCASA INITIATES REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR 2022 CONFERENCE ***
We encourage sessions that demonstrate effectiveness as related to an identified need. To be considered for inclusion in the conference, proposals for Breakout Sessions should relate to the theme of “The Leadership Journey: Packing The Essentials” and one or more of the following:
The session should help equip school and district leaders with proven strategies that can positively impact students, personnel, and/or the community. Information presented should be timely and data based.
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A BREAKOUT SESSION PROPOSAL
To be considered as a presenter for participation in the 2022 Conference on Educational Leadership, please provide a brief description of your 60-minute session by completing the proposal form. Deadline for submission is October 22, 2021.
All school personnel who will be members of the presentation team must register to attend the conference. If selected a discount code will be supplied by NCASA. The discounted registration fee will be limited to 4 people.
Final selection of presentations will be made by November 5, 2021. Upon selection, lead contact persons will be notified to confirm participation, and the discount registration code and next steps will be shared by NCASA Assistant Executive Director, Karen Owens, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
